I was devistated when my first YouTube account, "JRuff3", was suspended due to an inappropriate video I didn't even make. I was more devistated when my second account, "LosDosEduardos", was suspended because of Viacom. My devistation heated up when my alternate account for LosDosEduardos, JRuff3a, was suspended, but for an unknown reason. However, when I signed up as "LDEJRuff", I thought it was going smoothly. That is, until the start of the second-half of 2007, when Cartoon Network suspeded that account because I had the Powerpuff Girls episode "Pee Pee G's". After that account was suspended, I created my "xLDEJRuffx" account. That account is still online, and it hasn't been suspended so far.

Late 2006, I've made an alternate account, "TandPfanJRuff", where I upload Timon and Pumbaa episodes and AMVs. However, the episodes are private now, and only friends can watch them. It was on that account when I wasn't happy with thegreatnothing05's account not having any videos, after the user deleted all of his videos (the majority of that account was of episodes of The Powerpuff Girls). My last comment to him was, "If you don't want to upload anymore Powerpuff Girls episodes or any other video, why don't you use the "Close account" option?" That was what he did. I made a video in that account's memory, and it's in my "TandPfanJRuff" account right now.

I've talked to one user who claimed to be you, and thought it was really you, but someone (WalrusBud) messaged me on YouTube yesterday and said this:

"First of all, WalrusGuy doesn't use crappy text and quality like that. Second of all, if you read his Deviant art page, he explains that he isn't gonna return.."

I'm well aware that someday this or next year, my "xLDEJRuffx" account will be suspended due to copyright infringment on one or more videos of mine. I feel sorry for the loss of your account. I hope you get it back sometime. If you do get it back, could you "poop" one or more of my videos?

What disappoints me is that the "Parody Clause" is being totally ignored by Colgate. Mama Luigi did not infringe on copyright law because Mama Luigi does the following.

It is reasonably obvious that Mama Luigi's works are near-impossible to be confused for the source material.

Colgate has nothing on you, and I don't even know how they are taking your videos down, as we have the right to parody copyrighted material, as outlined in the fair use legal bologna.
